As a Senior Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. From managing the shop alone to overseeing all operational matters, you'll be the key point of contact for our customers and responsible for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the shop independently, handling all operational tasks efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Drive sales by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and assisting customers in finding the perfect items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the fashion retail industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of current fashion trends and brands required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate plus commission based on sales performance.
