• Provide excellent customer service experience.
• Clean tables, preparation of table plans and lay out, complete closing duties.
• Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed.
• To support the Reservations Host/Hostess and the rest of the Operations team members at the outlet.
• Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the service process.
• Keeping track of orders and ensuring timely service.
• Open to working on weekends.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
• Full Time position
• 6 days work
• Location: near Paya Lebar MRT
