    This is a newly created role as a

    Creative Lead


    who will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and design execution of all marketing materials across print and digital mediums.

    How can you make an impact?This role demands a strategic thinker, a creative visionary, and a project manager who can collaborate effectively with regional marketing teams, digital and social media teams, freelance designers, and web developers.

    Your mission is to ensure that our brand remains compelling, consistent, and visually impactful, contributing to the success of our products and services in diverse markets across International.


    Successful candidates will have the following experience:
    Provide strategic creative leadership and design vision for all marketing initiatives,

    ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
    Conceptualize and execute innovative and visually stunning designs across digital, print,

    and multimedia platforms.
    Drive the development of brand design, user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX)

    design, and other visual elements to enhance customer engagement.
    Collaborate closely with regional product marketing teams, digital teams, and social media

    teams to understand campaign objectives and design requirements.
    Lead and manage a team of freelance designers, providing guidance, feedback, and

    mentorship to ensure consistent high-quality output.
    Manage the creative project lifecycle from concept to final execution, ensuring timely

    delivery of assets for marketing campaigns.
    Stay abreast of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to

    continually innovate and enhance design capabilities.

    Key competencies required for this role:
    Minimum 5 years' experience in graphic/print design, digital UI design, user experience

    design, brand design, and related fields.
    Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma etc.)

    and other relevant design tools.
    Experience with web development technologies and platforms, understanding the

    technical aspects of translating designs into web interfaces.
    Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on marketing

    and branding materials.
