Our client is a prestigious Financial Services firm in their pursuit of a talented Program Manager - Operational Risk & Compliance Systems to lead their esteemed team of 15 staff. In this pivotal role, you will have the unique opportunity to provide vital Technology, financial and business support to executive management through a series of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our Global Technology management team, you will significantly influence our risk & Compliance technology strategy and system implementations.

The role involves strategic leadership of a team implementing Operational Risk & Compliance Systems, creating a risk technology roadmap, ensuring seamless system integration, utilizing data analytics and modeling, managing vendor relationships, driving change initiatives, implementing robust security measures, and fostering a risk-aware culture. It involves staying updated on industry trends, evaluating existing systems, implementing new risk technology solutions, managing vendor contracts, ensuring change management, ensuring security compliance, and fostering a risk-aware culture within the organization.

Requirements

A candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, 12-15 years of experience in either Operational Risk systems like (IBM OpenPages Operational Risk Management tool) or Compliance Systems (like Fenergo, NICE, Actimize etc) technology leadership, strong project / program management skills with an ability to understand Solution Architecture, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and innovation passion.
