We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill this exciting role and be an integral part of our culinary team.

Salary:
$3,000 per month

5 day work week, 44 hours, split shift


Responsibilities:


  • Culinary Excellence:Prepare and cook a variety of highquality dishes with precision and creativity.
Execute recipes and maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
Demonstrate expertise in various culinary techniques and cooking methods.
Innovate and contribute ideas for new menu items, seasonal specials, and food presentations.

  • Station Management:Take ownership of a designated kitchen station and ensure its smooth operation.
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet service requirements and maintain efficiency.
Oversee the preparation and organization of ingredients and mise en place.
Collaborate with the team to coordinate timing and ensure seamless service.

  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute the culinary vision.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, inspiring and nurturing their growth.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.

  • Quality and Safety:Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and hygiene.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
Monitor and control food waste, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize freshness.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, showcasing culinary excellence.
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Creativity and passion for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
