Job Description

1. Attend to customer at frontline and all phone call received.

2. Create quotations for all customers' repairs and advise them accordingly.

3. Greet customers and offer excellent customer service.

4. Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.

5. Ensure work provided addresses the concerns raised/required rendered.

6. Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.

7. Handle and assist customer complaints regarding services.

8. Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.

9. Any other matter as required or assigned by supervisor / superior.
