    Roles & Responsibilities

    Location: Central (Near MRT)

    The compensation package includes a base salary with a variable component of at least 40%, consisting of quarterly sales commissions and an annual bonus based on sales, profit, and other achievements.

    Job Summary:

    The RSM is responsible for growing sales in Singapore and Malaysia through direct sales reps and managing sales via distributors in other Asian countries.

    You'll oversee the customer service team in Singapore (excluding P&L, regulatory, and quality).

    This is a diversified role involving direct sales rep management and managing export markets through distributors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate the Singapore and Malaysia sales teams to achieve sales targets and potentially expand the team in Malaysia.
    • Manage the Export Manager, overseeing distributor performance in Asia.
    • Develop and implement sales growth strategies for Singapore and Malaysia.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory approval processes.
    • Build strong relationships with key surgeons and distributors.
    • Oversee inventory management to avoid backorders.
    • Manage marketing campaigns (trade shows, mailings).
    • Conduct performance appraisals for your team members.
    • Uphold company values and company culture.
    • Travel extensively (potentially up to 100 days per year) and participate in occasional evening conference calls (US time zone).
    • Generate monthly business performance reports.
    • Collaborate with various departments (Marketing, Finance, Quality, etc.)

    Requirements

    • Master's degree or MBA (strongly preferred).
    • 10 years of medical device sales experience (vascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology preferred).
    • 5 years of sales management experience.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profit objectives.
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Understanding of the healthcare environment in Singapore/Asia.
    • Familiarity with vascular anatomy and treatment modalities (advantageous).
    • IT proficiency, with experience a major advantage.
    • The role currently focuses on Singapore and Malaysia, with potential future expansion to Vietnam depending on the candidate's capabilities.
