As the Assistant Manager, Finance Transformation, you will be a key player in implementing automation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to optimize and automate financial processes for NTUC Health Co-Operative Ltd.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Transformation Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic changes, process improvements, and system automations within the finance, procurement, and risk functions.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Implement automation initiatives, including RPA, to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance function.
Work closely with IT and stakeholders to implement and optimize financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance team members, IT professionals, and external consultants.
Provide guidance and support to finance staff during the transition period of process changes and system implementations.
Maintain updated documentation of all process and system flowcharts.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
5+ years of experience in process improvement, transformation, and automation.
Proven track record of contributing to successful finance transformation projects.
Knowledge of financial systems, ERP implementations, and emerging technologies in finance.
Analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
