    As we double down on the Digital front across Product lines, Customer Engagement, Channels, IT, we continue to place great emphasis on extracting value from Connectivity whilst enriching Customer Experience for our Digital brand giga

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced AVP with proven track record in leading Digital subscriber and revenue share growth for a Digital Brand. As an experience lead, you will have the skills to influence at every level, imparting your knowledge and skills in a constructive, collaborative, and empowering manner to ensure the growth and advancement of giga

    Objectives of the Role

  • Meeting and exceeding the subscriber, revenue and NPS goals for the giga
  • Managing the P&L of giga – which includes effective cost management with the aim to constantly improve profit margins
  • Accountable for the giga Brand Health
  • Overseeing giga Customer Service and Support and CS NPS
  • To develop and define effective strategic marketing initiatives by leveraging on technologies available to drive an effective ecosystem of marketing, acquisitions, transactions and engagement
  • Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation that will directly contribute to subscriber and revenue growth in the following areas
  • Digital Sales, subscriber base management and product design and development
  • Drive Brand Pillars and grow giga brand awareness
  • Drive and manage data analytics leading to strong consumer insights which are actionable
  • Lead and manage advertising and media agencies
  • Manage digital platforms – both app and web
  • Develop and own the roadmap for growth, operations and cost efficiencies
  • Manage all IT requirements needed for new product designs, product enhancements or customer journey enhancements
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in Management, Business , Marketing or closely related field would be preferable
  • Min 15+ years of eCommerce/telco /a high performance environment (e.g., consumer experience in financial industry or top tier FinTech, eCommerce industries)
  • Min 10 years of management experience leading teams
  • Extensive knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, channels of distribution, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting
  • Proven experience proven track record as a Digital channel owner with extensive experience in UX/UI design for eComm, project management and understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic, conversion and engagement
  • Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors to target needs and drive sales
  • Ideally familiar with Agile/SCRUM practices
  • Deep knowledge in digital media advertising, competitive strategies, product marketing and product management
  • 5+ years brand management experience
  • Proficient in driving digital adoption and digital channels development and maintenance
  • Aware of key industry trends, technologies in today global digital communication landscape
