Roles & Responsibilities· Provide admin support for sales engineer team and customers.
· Attend to daily customer enquiries and follow up on potential sales.
· Handle quotations, order processing and invoicing.
· Follow up on payment and prepare warranty certificate
· Handle all after sales matters and provide excellent customer service.
· Maintain proper record and filling system.
· Monitor and compare monthly sales forecast.
· Other Ad-hoc duties
