    Description

    Responsibilities

    :

    · Engage actively in customer-facing (sales / service) activities to understand and meet their needs.

    · Analyze growth opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.

    · Assess product development needs by staying abreast of market trends and customer requirements.

    · Coach and mentor team members on targeted product value propositions.

    · Oversee and review proposal activities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.

    · Deliver technical sales briefings and presentations to customers with clarity and confidence.

    · Design, implement, commission regional initiatives

    · Engage actively in service growth activities (proposals / service contracts / migration)

    · Develop and implement best-in-class sales training programs.

    · Coordinate engineering support for pursuits, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.

    · Contribute to the creation of effective sales collateral by providing relevant data and insights.

    MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in field services, technical sales, product management, or related field.
  • For Experienced Engineer:
    > Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process plants.
    > Familiar with products such as Tank gauging, Loading / Additive / BioBlending, Small Volume Prover; or similar.
  • For Fresh Grad: Internship and/or relevant experience Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process plants.
  • Strong interest in supporting Sales, Marketing activities.
  • Ability to deliver high quality presentation live and online.
  • Ability to cross collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders.

    · Proven experience in technical writing and preparation of comprehensive proposals.

    · Ability to deliver results through influence in a matrixed team environment.

    · Proficiency in communicating effectively across language and cultural barriers.
