- Anticipate market trends and requirements, develop strategies for assigned market.
- Work with speed and accuracy on sample requests, quotations, and orders.
- Initiative to network, arrange presentations and follow-through with projects/clients.
- Present to various group sizes, tradeshows and confident in managing client expectations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and provide timely market feedback.
- Prepare focused sales and product reports, present demand forecasts and analysis.
- Relevant experience in the interior surface industry or similar would be advantageous.
- Minimum Tertiary education preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- "Natural" influencer, good in networking and comfortable in various client settings.
- Proactive, independent, passionate, and adaptable to work in a start-up culture.
- Result driven, track record of sales achievement and possess a "can-do" attitude.
- Service oriented and a team player.
