    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Assists Manager/Executive in handling all HR & admin functions
    • Conduct employee Induction and Orientation;
    • Preparing of HR letters, documents and employment contracts.
    • Manage and ensure smooth onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities.
    • Maintaining and update employees' personal files, leave, benefits and attendance record on a timely and accurate manner.
    • To assist in payroll management.
    • To process and manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
    • Support administrative tasks, such as office supplies procurement, insurance
    • To manage employees claims submission and other administrative duties as required.
    • Any other relevant duties as assigned

    Requirement

    • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
    • Minimum 1-2 years' experience handling a full spectrum of HR function;
    • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
    • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices;
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Able to multi-task, proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks
    • Meticulous and detailed oriented.
