Job Descriptions
Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll, CPF, SDF, and income tax (IR8A, IR21)
- Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity claim and training grant
- Prepare monthly payroll. Generate and prepare staff and workers' payslips
- Handle all clearance for resignation / termination / dismissal
- Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records. Maintain ePfile/ Pfile in HR drive
- Support timely renewal of work passes management
- Work closely with line managers to support company recruitment needs. Fully in charge of Recruitment activity
- 10% duties will support Global projects
- Participate in adhoc assignment, company events and HR projects as assigned
- Assist internal and external HR audit
- Support and reports to Human Resource Manager.
Administrative
- Handle office purchase, such as pantry, stationary supplies, collection of mails, corporate materials
- Maintain customer listing for festive gifts
- Experience in handling vendors
- Attend to phone calls and receive customers
- Other supportive adhoc office requirement
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years payroll processing experiences
- Prior experience in Supporting HR and Recruitment activities is an advantage
- Mature personalities, good communication and interpersonal Skills
- Have initiatives, meticulous and resourceful
- Reliable and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Selfmotivated, committed and able to work independently
- Success Factor and BCS experience will be advantage
