    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Handle end-to-end event management to deliver unparallel guest experience and to drive retention
    • Manage event budget and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and smooth running of events
    • Conceptualise and coordinate all aspects of events logistics including venue booking, F&B, communications, entertainment & transport etc
    • Prepare event pitch decks, budget and post-mortem analysis
    • Continuously build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive events' success
    • Ensure all policies and procedures of approved Casino events are prepared and executed in compliance with the Company and statutory regulations

    Requirement

    • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Pays attention to details, strong organizational skills and possess good time management
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Able to adapt to a diverse and fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to work on selected weekends and public holidays
    • Experience in events planning and/or premium lifestyle will be advantageous
    • Able to independently handle projects without constant supervision
    • Able to provide solutions to challenges that may arise
