Among the 500 D-EDGERs, the Product & Tech team is made up of a hundred or so enthusiasts who reinvent hotel booking for both the traveler and the hotelier. As a subsidiary of the Accor group, D-EDGE simplifies the life of independent hotels and hotel chains alike.

Position

Responsibilities

Technical Sales Support

  • Coordination of specific client implementations/projects
  • Presales activities as a Product expert in large accounts
  • Coordinate RFP exercises in the region and link with Product Managers and RFP global coordinator when required.
  • Clarify and validate complex ecosystems for Presales (medium & large opportunities)
  • To work on RFP bids submitted by chains and coordinate with various departments to populate responses and create presentations.
  • Support complex Onboarding in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Drive product roadmap to meet customer needs & Support on product portfolio & battle cards

Lead Product Expert

  • Coordination between the teams of the region and the Product team.
  • Help Product Managers to follow up on new features releases.
  • Assist the Product team in their missions by being the goto person on the following aspects:
  • 1. Market research/Benchmarks/Analysis of opportunities on the region for the various products
  • 2. Bring the context/the APAC business rationale to the Product Managers in Paris and Barcelona
  • 3. Spread Product knowledge within the teams in the region by being an expert in every product as well as mastering cross products interactions and known limitations.
  • 4.

Centralize product requests from the region:

challenge and refine client requests, measure potential impacts, framing devolpments to be performed, sharing latest available information and ensure proper follow up.


  • 5. Pilot /Beta follow up in the region.
  • 6. Monitoring and analysis key product KPIS for the region.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience
- o At least >5 years of working experiences in Hotel Tech providers.

  • System Skills
- o Knowledge of hotels distribution ecosystem.

  • Personality
- o Possess leadership skills
- o Strong communication skill and a can-do attitude
- o Well-organized, proactive and collaborative.

  • Languages
- o Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- o Asian language is considered an advantage.
