Roles & Responsibilities
- Dedicated and highly organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operations of our organization while providing essential personal assistance to the Managing Director.
- Maintain efficiency and support the smooth functioning of the company.
- Assist Managing Director in his personal and professional schedule.
Office Operations & Administration:
- Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and corporate events.
- Maintain proper filing system for company records and record office expenditures.
- Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls, receiving guests, and scheduling meetings.
- Manage payroll, including CPF, GST, and management expenses. Handle staff leave, insurance policy renewals, and staff claims.
- Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding of new staff.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in administration or office management.
- Independent, detailoriented, and proactive.
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Resourceful
- Strong billingual skills in English and Chinese
