Description

We are looking for a Client Services Executive to work together with our existing team of young colleagues to take care of our leads and clients, and grow the business together.

• Understand client requirements and qualify leads to convert them to clients
• Achieve or exceed set client targets and objectives
• Maintain good relationship with clients
• Effective handling of all clients' enquiries and feedback
• Perform necessary administrative work including filing reports, AML rules etc
• Maintain updated knowledge of ACRA and company regulations
• Other adhoc tasks as assigned

• Diploma in Marketing / Business Management or related discipline
• 13 years working experience
• Need for excellent English written and conversational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
