DESIGNATION :
[Hyundai Global Service] Technical service officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support inquiry from customer and communicating with HQ / customer
- Responsible for daily transactional duties and needs for sales
- Coordinating technical services
- Preparing quotations / invoices for technical sales
- Manage & expedite sales and process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Cooperative support towards other team members
- Ensure full compliance with ethics and compliance guidelines of Company
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good written and verbal communication skills both in English for conversation with customers, subcontractors and counterpartners.
- Selfmanagement of works and schedules against tasks and targets.
- Fluency in MS-Office (Excel / Word / PPT)
- Commitment to work under deadlines
- Attentive to data accuracy
- Experience in Marine / Shipping industry is a plus
OTHER INFORMATION
- Working hours : 0830hrs~1800hrs(Mon-Thurs), 0830hrs~1730hrs(Fri)
- Annual leave : 15days(The employee shall be granted one(1) additional day of annual leave for each completed calendar year)
