You are responsible for

SGMMP (Singapore, Growth Market, Malaysia and Philippines)

  • Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports.
  • Develops, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, action item registers, and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
  • Creates and maintains process workflow documents to support business needs.
  • Manages all assigned projects to completion, ensuring ontime delivery, meeting budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership.
  • Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, tasks, and changes.
  • Recommends new processes and tools to achieve advanced project management.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for project status. Maintains communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitates and leads project meetings.
  • Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management.
  • Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.
  • Involved in continuous Improvement projects.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder in related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity in the IT Project Management or within Healthcare/Healthtech industry.
  • Prince2, CAPM, APM, PMP or other equivalent project management, certification highly preferred.
  • Familiar using SAP in global/regional organizations highly preferred.
  • Strong transformational experience, acting as a change agent with the ability to influence (inter)national stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A demonstrated customercentric mindset.
  • Provide leadership to coach and mentor team members of 12 across regional APAC.
  • Demonstrates effective influential leadership across all project resources/stakeholders.
  • Ability to present and negotiate effectively in multiple areas of the customers' environment.
  • Ability to priorities tasks and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Able to travel as and when required of up to 30%.
