Description
To set up and monitor manufacturing equipment during operation.- To monitor equipment data using Industry 4.0 elements and seek out process improvement opportunities.
- To respond to emergency situation related to Production.
- To perform daily inspection and, if required, repair of manufacturing equipment.
- To perform regular preventive maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
- To perform troubleshooting of equipment issues and any special setup procedures.
- Prepare operating procedures of new equipment, evaluation and improvement plans of existing equipment.
- Prepare Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication checklist for new equipment.
- Required to do shift work, and if needed, overtime.
- Other adhoc activities assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Fresh NTC/ITC/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Advanced Manufacturing are welcome.
- Able to understand machinery automation with electrical, servo, sensor, pneumatic system.
- Able to read mechanical/electrical drawings and perform trouble shooting.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong in problemsolving and analysis.
- Training will be provided.
- 6 days work week, 12hours.
