Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely debt collection and recovery.
Conduct field visits to meet clients and negotiate settlements.
Liaise with legal advisors to pursue legal action for debt recovery, when necessary.
Keep accurate and uptodate records of all collection activities.
Maintain a high level of customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and discrepancies.
Continuously improve the debt collection process by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of field collection experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
Legal experience or knowledge related to debt recovery processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
