Technical Service Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIESPerform assigned service job (i.e equipment service/troubleshooting, installation, de-installation, training and buy-off).Receives & responds to customer verbal & written inquiries on technical matters.

Coordinates with Sales/Admin team on spare part/machine claim, purchase order matters and any additional information needed by customer.
Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management as needed or requested.
Establish the spare part pricing, provides quotation for spare part/machine/modification/engineering charges.
Creating new processes, work on existing processes & revise them if necessary to make improvisations.
May perform general functions or assign projects that are not listed.
Develop strong customer relations at technical level.
As dedicated Demo machine ownership requested to maintenance machine performance, perform preventive maintenance, and manage the machine spare parts.
REQUIREMENTDegree and or Diploma in Engineering related field.
Willing to travel on short notice, and may need to travel to ASEAN Countires.
Good technical skills in problem-solving & data analysis.
Keen and Proactive Learner.
