    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    - Communicate with management and clients to establish project specifications, parameters, and goals that complement company objectives. - Organize both internal and external resources to keep projects on track and within the allocated budget, time, and scope. - Examine the project's progress and adjust the scope or timetable as needed to get the best results. - Assign team members responsibilities and roles in accordance with their unique skills and talents. - Contribute to the team's skill development and impart knowledge to other staff members - Reach company objectives while following guidelines and best practices

    - Coordinating between sales team and clients by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

    - Ensuring the adequacy of project and sales-related equipment or material.

    - Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

    - Organises and manages the various parts of a project to ensure its success, including assign/monitor daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the project manager and other members of management.

    Accountabilities

    - Make ensuring that every facet of a project is well-structured and adheres to the specified timetable and deliverables.

    - Create and manage a database for project performance that tracks overall advancement and milestone accomplishment.

    - Effective resource allocation and management will increase project effectiveness and maximize output deliverables.

    - Notify the proper management channels of project risks and results, and escalate problems in accordance with the project work plan.

    - Act as a conduit for information between the company's teams and outside resources strengthen ties with outside sources, such as researchers and independent vendors

    Requirements:

    1) Diploma or degree in Engineering, Building Science

    2) Min 2 years relevant experience

    3) Class 3 driving license

    4) Bilingual in English and Chinese (Spoken and Written)

    5) Strong people skills, communication and time management

    6) Strong presentation skills
