    Roles & Responsibilities

    LVMH Fragrances and Cosmetics Singapore (LFCS) is selling and distributing 7 brands of perfumes and cosmetics of the LVMH group (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Make Up For Ever, Benefit, Fresh, Givenchy, Kenzo), within APAC region, through multiple channels: Travel Retail, Agents/ Joint Ventures, Subsidiaries. The entity regroups various activities, for Singapore and Asia region, of logistics, production, quality, commercial and back-office.

    The Operation & Central Controller supports the Brands in all financial aspects including monthly management reporting, budgets, and all ad-hoc finance analysis. He/she constantly reviews and improves the level of management reporting by developing relationships with members of the organization and creating clear and detailed analysis.

    He/she ensures best practices and coherent financial processes - making recommendations and implementing as appropriate.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Brand controlling

    • Be responsible for planning, monitoring, reporting & analysis of overall LFCS brand PL's – concentrating on Central P&L, Operation P&L and intercompany flows
    • Work closely with Regional and HQ team and develop excellent knowledge of the business units' operating environments
    • Liaise with accounting team to prepare monthly closing
    • Perform monthly analysis of all industrial variances vs. standard costs and obsolescence risks – liaising with HQ and supply department in Singapore
    • Prepare monthly reporting to Brands Management, with a good understanding of all flows and with recommendations as necessary.
    • Prepare Budget, Revisions and landings in accordance with parent company requirements and timetable, working with the local management and controlling teams to gather information in a timely and accurate way.

    Ad Hoc Projects and Processes

    • Develop Controlling processes and ensure their application within the team
    • Ensure that LVMH accounting standards & internal control guidelines are respected
    • Help on ad hoc project and continuous improvement

    REQUIREMENTS

    Key competencies

    • Good communication skills and ability to work well with people at all levels of the business

    • Strong analytical skills and able to interpret financial data
    • Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs
    • Keen on working in Supply Chain / Industrial environment

    Technical Skills:

    • Qualified Accountant, University degree in Finance or Business school
    • Project Management skills
    • Power BI

    Profile

    • Degree in Finance/Business
    • At least 2/3 years' experience in a financial position within an international group
    • Operation / supply chain controlling experience is a plus
    • Accounting and controlling knowledge
    • Ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts quickly

    Work Place
