    This role will be responsible for leading an Agile team to deliver the product vision and road map of the wholesale and SME banking platforms in partnership with business and technology partners.

    What you do

  • Lead the agile team as product owner to deliver the product road map required to support the business growth and strategy of the wholesale and SME banking segments.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities for the identified platforms.
  • Work in agile framework and be accountable for delivery of product build road map by ensuring that platform road maps prioritised against business are published regularly.
  • Maintain regular connect and engagement with key stakeholders periodically to refine platform; lead the team to work towards optimising the product value based on the feedback.
  • Collaborate with agile team members to deliver wireframes, user journeys, and product backlog, and other artifacts as needed to support technical design and development.
  • Manage modification and enhancements of existing products to address emerging business, user or regulatory needs.

    Qualifications

    Who you are

  • Demonstrated passion for transformative user experiences.
  • achelor's Degree or higher from a reputable university / college
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate internet and mobile banking systems in financial institutions
  • Experience in managing a product line in a Fintech company or Big Tech company will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills to ensure the product roadmap and features are well presented and buy-in obtained from stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Corporate Banking Digital Channels will be highly desired.
