Student Care Teacher (托管老师)

As a Student Care Teacher with PlayFACTO, you will help develop student's hearts and minds using our unique positive education framework, daily enrichment programmes, and guided assistance of each student's Primary homework assignments.

Roles and Responsibilities (Student Care Teacher)
- Classroom Management
- Deliver PlayFACTO character development programs and engaging lessons to students to support their personal growth
- Ensure students' safety and punctual transfer from their schools to student care centre, including picking up students from nearby schools
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children at all times
- Supervise and guide Primary 1 to 6 students to complete their daily homework accurately and on time
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and behaviour
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain the upkeep of the centre premises
- Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Head
Requirements (Student Care Teacher)
- A-level or Diploma qualifications/WSQ student care certification & above
- Able to guide students in primary school subjects including Chinese
- Possess genuine love to care and mentor children
- Good communication skills, exhibit positive attitude when faced with challenges
- Demonstrates reliability and strong ethical standards.
- Experience in working with children preferred. Those without experience may also apply as training will be provided.
