Brand Manager - Adult & Feminine Care

Key Responsibilities

Develop annual marketing plan to support brand direction and business performance.
Responsible for managing innovations and renovations based on consumer insights. Lead in sourcing, packaging development and gotomarket strategy.
Take ownership of marketing campaigns by:
Identifying growth opportunities and proposing ideas for local execution
Driving campaign execution brief, liaise and manage agencies to ensure smooth & timely delivery
Work closely with digital teams to optimize SEO/SEM for key brands
Maintain and update brands' websites
Monitoring supply follow up closely with demand planning and production teams
Work closely with key functions such as sales, production, regional teams
Track segment performance and competitor activities
Work closely with digital agencies to manage brands' social pages including alwayson content calendar, replies to consumer queries, engagement during campaigns, etc.
Track and manage marketing budget
Track and report business performance by analysing internal reports, Nielsen data, etc.
Identify opportunities for sampling and sponsorships, and coordinate with partners and beneficiaries for distribution/activation

Key to your success in this role will be:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry
Prior experience in marketing/brand management will be an advantage
Demonstrate potential in leadership, highly independent with strong interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate across different functions/teams

- other marketing teams (e.g. trade marketing), mill and regional teams.
