Contracts Engineer - Singapore - POWEN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

Description

1) Responsible for tender buildup and prepare tender cost into costing format provided by :

i. Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials

ii. Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project

iii. Ensure proper documentation of vendor/supplier list for timely retrieval at all times.

2) Checking, evaluation and negotiating with suppliers for timely submission of quotation.

3) Check compliance and prepare cost comparison list for all major equipment

4) Review tender documents and specification requirement which includes :

i. Identify discrepancies in drawings, specification and details

ii. Identify any brand specified

iii. Liaise with consultants or the client for queries and clarification

iv. Assist in establishing a client's requirements
