JOB SUMMARY

  • Supporting the various Product Managers in product launch initiatives, data analysis, presentations and reports
  • Work with different stakeholders such as Sales, Compliance, Marketing and Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • Contribute to overall WM P&L through driving or participating in WM key business and strategic initiatives

Business

  • Supporting the various Product Managers in meeting the respective revenue targets
  • Support the various Product Managers in driving new business and strategic initiatives across different business segments
  • Support the various Product Managers in Portfolio Management through the use of various system tools, data analysis etc.

Processes

  • Support and participate in platforms and systems projects

Governance

  • Assist the team in ensuring compliance to internal and external governance standards and regulatory requirements across the various product lines

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Key Stakeholders

  • Support the various Product Managers in driving and ensuring product quality assurance
  • Support simplicity in all client facing product materials and risk disclosures
  • Reduce (controllable) complaints
  • Manage maintenance of adequate product information and ensure its accessibility by channels
  • Manage and provide ongoing information on data, analytics and competitive landscape

Other Responsibilities

  • Embed Here for good and Group's brand and values in CMPS Singapore Product team. Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats)


  • Education

  • Degree or Diploma Holder.
  • 3 + years experience in Banking or as a product manager.
  • Experience in data analytics.
  • Experience in capital markets products i.e structured notes, FX, Fixed Income preferred.

  • Microsoft Excel.

  • Data Analytics
