Reports directly to MD
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Conduct coaching on agile ways of working and mentor individuals on agile processes and values.
- Work with Product Owners and Leads to create and maintain product backlogs.
- Create process to reduce product timetomarket by embracing automation in the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across operational departments,, and eliminate any roadblocks.
- Mentor and coach other Scrum Masters.
Qualifications:
- 10 years experience in banking technology projects
- Domain expertise in private banking/wealth management
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
