    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Conduct Onboarding Briefing (OB) for both local & foreign staff
    • Providing administrative support to the Employee Relations Team
    • Producing letters and paperwork on behalf of the Employee Relations Team
    • Assist in the preparation of HR documents
    • Issuance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to staff
    • Update internal databases
    • Assist with various arrangements internally
    • Assist with general email/SMS broadcasts
    • Assist in calls to employees on follow-up requirements on a need basis
    • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties as tasked by the Employee Relations Manager

    Requirements

    • Good communication skills, a positive mindset, and self-motivated candidates preferred
    • People-oriented / able to work comfortably with a wide spectrum of people
    • Able to adhere to our organisation's standard practices and work ethics
    • Basic Knowledge of HR or experience
    • Basic Knowledge of MOM legislation
    • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin would provide a significant advantage, given the nature of the work that involves interacting with staff from Taiwan and other regions.
