    Our course content and exercises are refined over the years in order to be practical in the various industry. We only engage excellent instructors who can deliver the course content well to ensure all learners meet their individual needs and receive quality teaching and are able to apply in their workplace. Our training rooms are cosy and we have a small class size in order to provide a positive learning environment.

    ROLE

    Learners come to us to courses which they need for their jobs, to be more productive in their roles and empower them in their job searches. This role is crucial to consult with the learners and guide them to take the right courses which will make an impact to them.

    Besides being patient and polite, our staff are individually trained in interpersonal skills, product knowledge, classroom management, updating CRM so that learners can be consulted in a professional manner.

    In this role, the employee will improve their communication skills, consultation skills and be a more confident person. More senior roles will be offered to employees who are able to perform and fit the culture.

    RESPONSIBLITIES

    • When not working from home, will be at Telok Blangah/Vivocity area most of the time.
    • Understand learners background and advise the right courses
    • Liaise with learners to download software before class
    • Guide learners to register for course
    • Create invoices and receipts
    • Update CRM database
    • Find opportunities in CRM to find fit for various courses
    • Get feedback from learners using online system
    • Encourage learners to do social media reviews
    • Do Zoom training for those online classes
    • Other activities needed to Get more learners
    • Attend meetings and seminars on education and funding
    • Handle incoming phone enquiries and make sales calls
    • Meet corporate and self-sponsored clients
    • Apply training grants
    • Manage and clean classrooms

    REQUIREMENT

    • Have at least 5 years of working experience
