Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the logistics industry, with a focus on new business acquisition.
• Identify and target potential clients in the logistics sector to expand the company's client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including logistics and supply chain decision-makers.
• Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of logistics solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's services.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies in logistics.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the logistics industry.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to acquire new business.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the logistics industry, including market trends and key players.
• Experience in solution selling and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
