    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Provide sales and administrative support to manager in day to day duties
    • Maintaining a high level of customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat
      business
    • Support and achieve personal and team Key Performance Indicator by actively contributing to the
      achieving of the sales objectives
    • Handling routine telephone & email/fax queries from customers
    • Follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients, and quotations
    • Preparing of quotation based on customer requests
    • Generate quotation, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and sales reports
    • Coordinating with operation / purchasing / accounts to expedite on-time deliveries to customers

    Requirements:

    • "N" or "O" Level / Nitec
    • 1-2 years' relevant experience in sales & marketing
    • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Tools
    • Bilingual, must handle Chinese document
