    About Durapower:

    Durapower, a global leader in Energy Storage Systems driving the green transformation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in elevating brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead & demand generation. This individual contributor will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on emerging trends on battery technology and sustainability topics.

    Marketing Communications Manager (Individual Contributor with Resources)

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Brand Growth & Expansion: Work with strategic partners to execute corporate branding activities to propel brand growth and expansion.
    • Digital Presence: Grow, manage, and curate content on corporate websites and social media platforms.
    • Trend Awareness: Stay current on key business and industry trends, including competitors' activities.
    • Content Development: Develop content for corporate and product communications, aligning with go-to-market strategies.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on communication and marketing campaigns, including media publications and external events.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, fostering sustainable relationships.
    • Employee Engagement: Partner with HR for employee engagement initiatives, including communication, newsletters, and events.
    • Media Tracking: Track media coverage and target audience engagement to measure ROI. Government & Investor Relations: Provide support for communications related to government and investor relations. Product Branding/Marketing: Place special emphasis on integrating product branding seamlessly into the overarching company branding strategy.
    • Battery Cells Manufacturing and Product Roadmap Tie-in: Highlight the critical link between battery cells manufacturing and the company's product roadmap within branding and marketing initiatives.

    Experience and Skills Experience:

    • 8 to 12 years in internal and external communications, including business media relations and managing PR campaigns. Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or Mass Communication.
    • Content Development: Ability to develop compelling content across various communication channels for different target audiences.
    • Creativity: Creative mindset with proficiency in digital marketing and hands-on experience in campaign/event planning and execution.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including experience working with senior leadership teams and key stakeholders.
    • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership ability, autonomy, and collaboration skills.

    • Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Executive Director and CEO.
    • Alignment of goals: Demonstrated ability to align departmental goals with the company's vision.
    • Strategic Planning & Execution: Proficiency in devising and executing strategic initiatives, particularly in branding across corporate, product, and employer domains in relation to Battery Cells & Battery Modular Systems and application Product Roadmap.
    • External PR Agencies: Capability to work with external PR agencies for press releases, with a focus on aligning strategic initiatives with the company's vision. Collaboration & Adaptability: Strong communication skills to collaborate with external PR agencies and internal departments, demonstrating adaptability to connect various facets of the company's products and services.
