- Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the various preschool centres
- Enhance the learning outcome for the centres under management. This includes guiding the centres on curriculum-related matters, mentoring the centre principals and staff and ensuring quality assurance.
- Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approach to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies
- Chart the direction of the centres and development milestones to meet organisational goals
- Ensure continuity of staffing needs so as to support effective delivery of the curriculum and provide conducive and safe environment for the children
- Actively engage with parents and the community to establish and build strong rapport to project a professional image
- Ensure regulatory compliance to licensing, health and safety and other regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance to SOPs in financial, human resource and administrative management
- Keep abreast of the evolving trends in preschool education and monitor the competitive advantage
- Degree in Early Childhood
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in operations and human resource management
- Excellent leadership and strategic decision-making skills
- Resourceful, with multi-tasking and organisational skills
