- The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for all aspects of assigned outlet operations as well as financial performance.
- Ensure that all duties are carried out to serve all customers to full satisfaction, including preparation of the outlet for services and maintaining the outlet in a clean and tidy condition.
- Sales-oriented and able to lead the team to achieve sales targets.
- Display initiative, leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate oneself and the team.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with all members.
- Coordinate all reservations to ensure optimum capacity.
- Must be able to take full ownership and responsibility of the assigned outlets and ensure smooth service flow with the team.
- Strong knowledge of wines will be an added advantage
- Plan and manage other administrative matters, including duty rosters

· Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules (including weekends & public holidays)
· 5-Day Work Week, 44 Hours
