    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for all aspects of assigned outlet operations as well as financial performance.
    • Ensure that all duties are carried out to serve all customers to full satisfaction, including preparation of the outlet for services and maintaining the outlet in a clean and tidy condition.
    • Sales-oriented and able to lead the team to achieve sales targets.
    • Display initiative, leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate oneself and the team.
    • Establish and maintain a good relationship with all members.
    • Coordinate all reservations to ensure optimum capacity.
    • Must be able to take full ownership and responsibility of the assigned outlets and ensure smooth service flow with the team.
    • Strong knowledge of wines will be an added advantage
    • Plan and manage other administrative matters, including duty rosters

    Requirements:

    · Diploma in a related field

    · Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience

    · Conversant with Microsoft Office applications

    · Good communication and leadership skills

    · Customer service focused, positive and responsible

    · Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules (including weekends & public holidays)

    · 5-Day Work Week, 44 Hours
