Description

**Responsibilities: Support internal and external (client) end users on all IT related services including set up, maintenance and troubleshooting, system monitoring (e.g CCTV), network monitoring inside tunnel and perform weekly/monthly data backup.

Prepare self

- help guide, feasible procedures for users and conduct training when necessary

Ensures data updated promptly and accurately in the assets database
Monitor job progress and handle all issues that arises
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
Able to perform task independently, follow through all task and meet timeline
Able to liaise and communicate with all parties

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT or relevant majoring in Computer Science
Min 5 years of relevant working experience in the IT environment.
Proficient in Windows 7, 8, 10 OS, TCP/IP, WIFI, Data Migration, Printer Driver setup
Handon knowledge in IT infrastructure, Cisco phone system, MS Active Directory and SCCM
Willing to work in West area (Tuas)
