    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Demand Planning

    • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of an accurate demand plan based on statistical and customer forecast.
    • To drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process within the Go-to-Market (GtM) stakeholders for the Automotive Aftermarket.
    • Responsible for the management of inventory within the scope of responsibilities, including at the Local Distribution Centre (LDC) and Goods In Transit (GIT).
    • To identify improvement potential in the area of demand planning and collaborate with GtM stakeholders and APS(Automotive Aftermarket) demand planners for effective implementation.
    • To provide operational support as required, and perform as proxy to the Demand Planning role within the team.

    2. Business Analytics & Key-User

    • To identify improvement potentials in the area of demand planning.
    • To support the Automotive Aftermarket Asia Pacific business and drive data analytics in the team and adaption of new tools.
    • To create transparency and liaise with Automotive Aftermarket Asia Pacific team to design and roll-out projects which support the Go-to-Market requirements.
    • To recommend and execute various supply chain activities within the region and working with global stakeholders.

    3. Specific Tasks / Requirements / Projects

    • Hands-on position involving detail data farming and extensive analytic activities in tandem with management reporting responsibilities.
    • Identify processes and support analysis by providing statistical information to improve service, operating efficiencies and costs.
    • Be engaged in multiple business wide projects to ensure the processes are delivered within the agreed business tolerances.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
    • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in demand planning software and tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices is a plus.
    • Team oriented working behavior.
    • Good understanding of cultural diversity.
