Description
Planning, organizing and controlling of full warehouse operations.

  • Supervise and monitor the performance of employees
  • Manpower planning and deployment to ensure smooth warehouse activities
  • Create procedures such as Standard of Operations to meet objectives
  • Oversee document recording and data entry into system
  • Liaise with customer on Safety, Quality and Productivity requirements on a daily basis. Attend respective meeting, discussion and patrol pertaining to above
  • To investigate and solve customer's complaint or nonconformities
  • Ensure the timely delivery and receiving of contrainers or cargoes in the warehouse
  • Attend KPI meetings
  • Training and development of staff

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Experience in warehouse operations and space utilization planning
  • Master in planning of warehouse operations
  • Master in manpower allocation planning and training
  • Work in a fast paced environment
