POSTED DATE February 13, 202- Connexus are working with a fast growth eCommerce business in Singapore on a newly created Head of Operations role. As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end Supply Chain, warehousing, freight, distribution and strategy, including international expansion.

You will have a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations, and will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing strategies for in-house warehousing, freight and distribution, to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in perfect condition.
Overseeing the daytoday operations of warehouses, including managing staff and ensuring that processes are efficient and effective.
Working closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure that our operations align with the overall goals of the business.
Leading the development of our global expansion strategy, including identifying new markets and opportunities, and managing the implementation of this strategy.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and suppliers, to ensure access to the best possible products and services.

Job Requirements- A minimum of 5 years experience working in e-commerce operations, ideally within a start-up environment.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
Experience managing warehousing, freight and distribution operations, and a strong understanding of the latest technologies and processes in these areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a wide range of people.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, logistics or operations management.
