Responsibilities

Ensure that the eyecare journey protocol is executed according to company's direction.
Responsible for development of training modules and delivering quality education training programs, such as conduct lectures and workshops for all Optometrists and Opticians.
Training materials development and implementation of rollout plan in Spectacle Hut stores.
Coach, guide and mentor optometrists to continually deliver the best possible clinical examination, customer experience and solution(s).
Continually develop the optometrist skills and knowledge to ensure customers' expectations are exceeded and the optometrists are seen as leaders in their field
Conduct professional training on ophthalmic lenses and using proper measuring equipment tools.
Ensuring refraction protocol is adhered for Optometrists and Opticians
Conduct training on Best Practices for improving ophthalmic lens business.
Monitor and reduce on lens defective rate
Conducting and delivering of training on a periodic basis, either onetoone coaching, or in small group.
Taking lead in ensuring all our practioners are wellversed and wellequipped with product knowledge relating to optical.
Monitor and report on staff refraction and optical skills, identify area of improvement and able to provide solutions on how to improve.
Assist in troubleshooting request as and when required
Able to provide Pre and Post

- training reports

Monthly report on status of progression.
To be the Role Model clinical, technical or functional proficiency in product knowledge, solutions and services.
Identify strengths and opportunities within the chain to ensure delivery of the Eyecare strategy.
Render support on the user trainings of equipment and tools. Also help to ensure all eye test equipment are wellmaintained and always in good working condition. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

Qualified Optometrist with Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) license and certificate, and have obtained a Master's Degree in Optometry or equivalent
Be able to demonstrate industry knowledge and experience of providing excellent care and service
