We are a cutting-edge Enterprise SaaS AI organization dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses operate by leveraging artificial intelligence to drive financial crime capability.

We are looking for a Product lead for the APAC region, to identify, define and plan the best possible results within the Compliance and Fraud product lines for the APAC region.

You will be responsible for delivering innovative and impactful solutions that solve real customer problems and create value for our business as part of an integrated product team.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the APAC region, aligned with the global product direction and business objectives
• Engage with the broader product team of product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver highquality products and features that meet customer needs and market opportunities
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and support, to understand customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Engage with local APAC customers, in order to identify region specific product requirements, pain points, and value propositions
• Organises and runs point on internal engagements, such as knowledge share sessions with presales and professional services teams
• Organizes and runs point on external customer and market engagements such as Customer Advisory Boards or one to one strategic sessions.
• Drive product discovery, validation, and launch processes, using data, user research, and experimentation to make informed decisions and measure outcomes
• Establish and maintain best practices and processes for product development, ensuring alignment, consistency, and quality across the region and the organization

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech, AI, or regulatory compliance domains
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products that solve real customer problems and create value for the business
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders across the region and the organization
• Deep understanding of the APAC market, its regulations, risks, and opportunities, and the ability to adapt and tailor products to different countries and cultures
• Experience in working with AI, machine learning, data science, and software engineering teams, and a strong technical background and mindset
• Datadriven and customercentric approach, with the ability to validate product hypotheses and measure outcomes using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Bachelor's degree (or above) in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field; MBA (or other advanced degree) is a plus
