Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building new stores / remodel of the existing stores / closure reinstatement works
  • Prepare cost centre budget for project section and assume accountability for achievement of budget
  • Work with the various stakeholders to identify the site requirements and plan accordingly
  • Review, evaluate and recommend the award of project contracts that is within approved expenditure
  • Verify receipt of works done and drawings by contractors prior to certifying for payment
  • Conduct site supervising and meetings to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects
  • Research and recommend new and comparable materials, techniques and equipment to increase Company's profitability, productivity and effectiveness.
  • Able to use Autocad software to update drawings or plot floor layouts and keep proper documentation of all restaurant drawings
  • Prepare Bill of quantity / contract documents
  • Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.

Education and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in F&B or retail industries
  • Diploma in Building and Estate Management/ Project Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Project Management software/ Autocad
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Sound knowledge in M&E works will be advantageous.
