Description
Assist in general administrative duties;

  • Making calls and followup with customers on appointment confirmation as well as shifting and booking in appointment;
  • Preparing and issue of relevant documents, printing and filing as well as inventory control;
  • Perform data entry, organize, issuing and receiving of goods;
  • Follow up on marketing leads and take on telemarketing duties; and
  • Any other adhoc tasks or administrative duties assigned by your superior

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in beauty services
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with minimum supervision and multitask
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work retail hours

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
