- Maintain close relationship with our clients, attending and resolving their issues
- Provide customer service to both B2B and B2C customers via phone/email/sms
- Ensuring all clients details are maintained up to date on CRM
- Coordination of Photoshoot / Interviews with all relevant parties
- Events; Other Administrative Support
- To assist Business Developments on administrative support such as updating/uploading of internal CRM on clients details / Projects
- Coordination of Photoshoot / Interviews with Clients and Marketing Department
- Preferably to have at least 1 year experience within an Admin Assistant or Customer Service role.
- You have working knowledge of Client Relationship, Communications and Attention to Details
