    The Role

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Maintain close relationship with our clients, attending and resolving their issues
    • Provide customer service to both B2B and B2C customers via phone/email/sms
    • Ensuring all clients details are maintained up to date on CRM
    • Coordination of Photoshoot / Interviews with all relevant parties
    • Events; Other Administrative Support
    • To assist Business Developments on administrative support such as updating/uploading of internal CRM on clients details / Projects
    • Coordination of Photoshoot / Interviews with Clients and Marketing Department

    Ideal Profile

    • Preferably to have at least 1 year experience within an Admin Assistant or Customer Service role.
    • You have working knowledge of Client Relationship, Communications and Attention to Details
    • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
