Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the maintenance and service personnel.
• Oversee and procure maintenance agreements.
• Establish a schedule for maintenance tasks.
• Develop quotes and tenders for service maintenance.
• Determine necessary tasks for maintenance sites through regular inspections and obtain input from site supervisors.
• In charge of checking in with clients on maintenance tasks.
• Compile and distribute customer feedback to the authorised staff members.
• Assure timely attention to customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• At least of 5 years' working experience in the ACMV field.
• Able to lead a team
• Good interpersonal skills
