Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
· Assist Manager to manage daily process and quality.
· Train and supervise a team of assistants in the department.
· Manage and meet daily, weekly and monthly schedule and target.
· Maintain and improve products standards, consistency and factory hygiene.
· Ensure compliance to regulatory laws and requirements.
· Build teamwork to improve productivity.
· Ensure safety at workplace.
Requirements:
· Certificate / Diploma or equivalent qualifications with IT knowledge.
· At least 2 years of working experience with supervisory roles.
· Willing to work in cold room environment and handle frozen products.
· Positive attitude and flexibility.
· Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with the associates / clients.
