- Assist company to manage social media platform.
- Social media strategy development: Work with the team to create social media strategies that support the overall marketing plan.
- Social media account management: Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok ensuring all content is up to date, accurate, and aligned with the brand's voice.
- Social media advertising: Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creative, and budget management.
- Analytics: Monitor social media analytics to track and report on the success of social media campaigns, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Community management: Engage with social media followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices: Continuously research and educate themselves on social media trends, new platforms, and best practices to ensure that the brand's social media presence is effective and relevant.
